60-Day Return Policy

Rest easy when you shop at ‘Who Needs A Mat?’ – we’ve got your back with our easy-breezy return policy. Not thrilled with your purchase? No problem! Just send it back to us within 60 days, and we’ll give you a full refund, no questions asked.

Important information about returns:

  • Returned items must be as new and include all original tags and packaging
  • Customers need to send their return items to Emerald, Victoria. We do not cover the cost of return postage for change of mind returns.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • The return must be requested within 60 days from the date of delivery.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice).

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

a. Contact our customer service team at info@whoneedsamat.com.au within 60 days of receiving your product. Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details.

b. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number.

c. Pack the product securely in its original packaging, along with any included accessories, manuals, and documents.

d. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

e. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned product and confirm its eligibility, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note:

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

12-Month Factory Warranty

In addition to our return policy, all our products are covered by a 12-month factory warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If your product is found to be defective within 12 months from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Any product that has been used or installed contrary to our instructions.

Warranty Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

a. Contact our customer service team at info@whoneedsamat.com.au and provide details about the issue you’re experiencing.

b. Our customer service team will guide you through the warranty claim process and provide instructions for returning the product if necessary.

c. Once we receive the product and confirm the warranty claim, we will repair or replace the product and cover the return shipping costs.

GENERAL TERMS

  • Returns can be made up to 60 days from the receipt of your order.
  • We do not offer exchanges, if you would like an alternative item you will need to place a new order. You do not need to wait for your refund to be processed before you make a replacement order.
  • You can use the shipping method of your choice when returning items to us. “Who Needs A Mat” is not responsible for any damage or loss of returned packages. We therefore suggest you insure any package you return through the carrier. Please keep your tracking number until your refund has been processed.
  • Credit card refunds will be made to the card used for the original purchase.
  • “Who Needs A Mat” will cover the cost of returning products that are faulty or where we have sent an incorrect product. We will provide you with a pre-paid return label to use in these instances.
